Women's ZenMindset Newsletter
June 2024
Let’s start this Newsletter for June with a big hello from Paisley!
Paisley loves to watch the birds and chase flies in the summer, she says it’s a great stress reduction activity as it keeps her in the present moment.

This monthly newsletter was created to help build a strong, supportive community of women who want to find ways to pursue fulfilling and meaningful lives through creative expression, learning, and friendship.
If you have a friend you think would like to receive this newsletter, please ask them to go to our landing page to subscribe.
However, if this was sent to you in error or you do not want to receive this newsletter again, please go to the bottom of this message, and unsubscribe. You are always welcome to come back if you change your mind later.

Meditating Together
One of the new activities we will have in the late summer early fall will be a beginner group meditation class. When you meditate in a group, you tap into a collective energy. Just like being at an outdoor concert or a convention of like-minded enthusiasts, meditating with others amplifies joy and connection.
You're all tuned into the same beautiful channel, sharing a sense of purpose and intention. This enhanced meaning can deepen your practice and create a sense of belonging. After all, human beings are social creatures, and meditating together allows us to feel part of something greater than ourselves

Connection
Our Women’s connection to Nature Retreat was a great success and your responses to our survey will help us to make improvements for next time. Thank you so much for responding! Many participants did not want their picture on social media, so the following photos are just showing the areas we had prepared for them.
As always we will be taking a few months off to rejuvenate and enjoy the summer, returning in mid-August. If you would like to make suggestions or comments to improve this newsletter or any of our activities we would love to hear from you: [email protected]
