Women's ZenMindset Newsletter

March 2024

This Month Our Newsletter Theme is Connection

Let’s start this Newsletter for March with two beautiful sisters from Healing Minis Farm School (Emmie and Oppie) having a relaxing meal together. They love going out for a meal together when their schedules allow, just to share their experiences, catch up, and connect more deeply:)

This monthly newsletter was created to help build a strong, supportive community of women who want to find ways to pursue fulfilling and meaningful lives through creative expression, learning, and friendship.

We welcome all questions, comments, pictures, information on upcoming events for women, and article submissions. Please email us at [email protected] or use the Contact Us form on our website.

If you have a friend you think would like to receive this newsletter, please ask them to go to our landing page to subscribe.

However, if this was sent to you in error or you do not want to receive this newsletter again, please go to the bottom of this message, and unsubscribe. You are always welcome to come back if you change your mind later.

If you are leaving us we will miss you!

Connection

Click here to visit the events section of our website or on the quick links below for more details in blue below:

Click Merrickville Arts Guild (MAG) Art Sessions are completed for the spring we will advise if they will start up again in the fall.

Click Arts and Crafts Club to check for the next meeting coming soon. We will be choosing a spot outside for our snake rocks and placing them and hopefully, other groups will join us and make our snake even longer.

We are still awaiting the outcome of a grant application, they have contacted me and said there is a delay. This means we will have to wait for the decision a while longer. That is why the spring activities are not set as yet. Thank you so much for your patience. This grant will not only show support for women’s programming but if successful we will have more interesting events at no cost for women in our community.

Success Through Harmonious Connections

As women, we are often told that we must be independent, self-reliant, and fierce in our pursuit of success. While these qualities are undoubtedly valuable, there’s another equally important aspect that we sometimes overlook: the strength that lies in building genuine harmonious connections with others.

Aromatherapy and Connection

What is aromatherapy and how does the use of essential oils help us connect to others? Aromatherapy uses essential oils extracted from plants to help relax, restore, rejuvenate, and balance the physical and mental well-being of an individual and to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. So how does this well-being translate to connecting?
