When Is A Good Time To Try Therapy?

Fall is a season of change. The days get shorter, the air cools, and the world around us begins to quiet down. Leaves turn brilliant shades of red and gold, then drift away. Schedules shift. Life gets busier after the slower pace of summer. For many, it’s a beautiful time, but for others, fall can bring an unsettling undercurrent of anxiety, restlessness, or emotional heaviness.
As a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying), I’ve observed a recurring theme in my practice: fall often stirs something deeper in people, something they can't quite name at first. And more often than not, it has to do with the emotional weight of transition.
